Why envy is done...
Before you start...
Hello, to all allow me to just begin by saying this came about due to; I am so fed up with my previous admin & previous staff. I need to begin from scratch, fresh identity (New name even), fresh appearance along with fresh staff. I am not looking for someone who is staff on another forum. I have experimented with it, it did not work out. Therefore I am looking for someone who is not staff on another forum, in addition friendly as well as open minded, not looking for some who expects to take over or run the show, someone who will see eye to eye with me and tell me if something is a good idea or not. I am not looking for someone who wants to be staff just to be staff. As of right now am NOT looking for a co-admin more like a head monitor. I learned my lesson on that perhaps eventuality…. maybe. I am looking for someone who is strict however not too strict. Some who is not bossy, additionally someone who is organized and appreciates things in there place (such as movies/video games/TV shows and so on in the entertainment lounge not in general lounge). I am looking for someone who is open to gay & lesbians, hip hop music and so on. I say that due to I see a lot of animosity towards the two a lot. In addition someone who does not tolerate discrimination of any kind. Someone who is professional. Furthermore someone who does not mind a little foul language on forums, I know I discussed being professional I mean when handling things on the forums such as unmanageable members or when posting information to the forum, When posting on regular topics I do not care. I am looking for some who will be 50/50 and not let me do all the work such as promoting along with someone who will come to the forum more then once or twice a week. Unlike my old staff/co-admin someone who thinks the unthinkable is imaginable and will not tell me I am putting too much on the forum. You are part of the forum as well if I say I want it to be the biggest forum on the net so be it. Someone who will not tell me I am expecting too much.
